I just spent the better part of the morning reading about ECY, including the archived thread however I am still somewhat confused. I am planning on taking CY along, without the E. I understand that the best time to take it is in the morning a while BEFORE a meal. I usually wake up at 6:20 and have breakfast + out the door by 7, is my only choice to set my alarm for like 5 AM From what I understand it's also best to take Y prior to working out/cardio since it makes the fats readily available to be burned. Am I correct on this? Also, since insulin negates the effects of Y, It needs to be ingested in between meals or on a somewhat "empty" stomach. I usually take protein prior to working out, would protein also be negating the effects of Y? Lastly, I am not looking to loose weight per se, I am looking to cut abit around my abs.
