These days it's been about 60g of carbs or less and a creatine that's open.
Currently using Green Magnitude.

I like to eat a decent meal 1 hr before workout. Sometimes fast food on the way back from work don't take any supplements, i feel like they're generally a waste of money unless you're supplementing with anabolics

Incorrect. Whey enema is fastest means of absorption.
I've actually done away with the preworkout supps, with the exception of 20-30g whey and gatorade, coffee if I haven't been sleeping much lately. The gatorade is what I've noticed makes the biggest difference.

I noticed a difference as well when I would sip on half gatorade/half water mixes before and during my workout. Gotta start doing that again.
