No pain no gain, I guess.
no food no gain. eat that food back up.
I hate throwing up. I had an intense workout yesterday and I almost threw up half way through. It's one of the worst feelings IMO.
I had a nasty stomach ache and I was just keeping it easy. But I started feeling an uncontrollable urge to vomit and couldn't stop it.
Indeed, it's a horrible feeling. Especially the aftereffects of the acid on your throat... ugh..
But, it's wafer thin. [/monty python]
