yes i do
get that 1000 bro.
looks like all the others, just stickerless.
nobody will ever know what it is now! you can tell them it's a Benelli!
I guess it's nice for what it is.
Any issues with the license plate being that close to the hugger? Does it ever bottom out?
This plate bracket doesn't bottom out -- it's routed from .080 aluminum and mounts in the passenger peg holes. I made a plate bracket for a GSX-R 1000 that mounts from the hugger up -- that one rubs the undertail when he has a passenger.
No one noticed the Marchesinis?
First thing I noticed, and easily the most expensive addition to that bike. Good job, looks dope. Has that stealth look to it.
that thing is sick looking, nice!!!
Thank you. All I want now is an exhaust, but me can't make up me mind.
God damn I love stickerless
CF Akrapovic would look mint on that
I agree -- the carbon fibre Akrapovic is gorgeous, but the shorty version isn't available yet. I don't want a huge pipe coming up the side.
Here's the shorty titanium version:
That's not bad -- it's the shortest one I've seen.
I have the red gsxr600 and I still can't find a can that I think looks better than stock, they all look terrible (to me)
Think I might just have to stick with the stock one.
Akrapovic makes some really nice carbon fiber parts, including a replacement heat shield for the stock pipe. I've considered that. I like the sound of the stock pipe.
Straight pipe would look/sounds the best
Me too. Looks good, sounds good, if it ain't broke don't fix it right?
Yeah, I'd like to keep what's left of my hearing.
They are still somewhat reasonable, although i can't really stand it on long highway rides.......
