Its all the rage on bodybuilders.com - haven't seen much on here.
Probably because we don't have shit loads of money to sped on Surge and Metabolic Drive.
am i putting myself in a keto process by having low cals/carbs and high carbs?
a little more fat in your diet wouldn't hurt...
i don't know what "low cals/carbs and high carbs" means, but your fat intake is too low.
ahh i meant high protein sorry.
whats a normal percentage for fat intake? Ill pick up some flax seed oil.
fish oil is better. more bioavailable than vegetable fat sources.
if that's really that high protein tho. mine is usually up in the 240-260s

I have been learning an intense amount in the past 2-3 weeks, just difficult to cut opinion over defined results, so I come off sometimes and as lazy or not reading up, but honestly i have read every sticky onthis board and bodybuilding.com - but as soon as i read actual threads shit just goes out hte window
