I picked one up yesterday after reading a lot of good reviews on it. It's actually pretty neat and is the missing piece of the puzzle in fat loss for me. As long as I log my food properly (which i've already been doing for the past couple years off and on) it'll tell me where i stand in caloric deficit. For nubs that don't' know anything about eating properly or fitness it looks like it would be really beneficial to them as well with some of the programs the website uses by guiding them to nutrient macros, meal ideas complete w/macros, and exercise plans. http://www.bodybugg.com shows some videos on how it works.
