Would have rather just got some creatine.

Magnesium will give you weird dreams. I wouldn't take it personally if on a budget.
the differences in changes in body composition seem significant enough, but not according to the study. i don't get it
it's in the same class at HMB,CLA and D-Ribose. Looks good on paper,just doesn't do shit

right, but i don't see why anyone would think it would have some kind of dramatic or terribly noticeable effect. if you get half your daily recommended zinc, that's probably a hell of a lot better than getting none. if you get all of it, it's probably not that much better than getting half. neither would be surprising right. so yeah, i mean a pretty subtle improvement is about what it would make sense to expect in most people who could probably use a little more of either/both.
basically what im thinking. for how cheap it is and since i think i read somewhere that most people's diets could/ought to have more of zn and mg, it doesn't seem bad.
i never take mine since milk fucks with zinc absorbtion and i love drinking milk before bed

I like it for sleep. I usually feel more rested when I take ZMA before I go to bed.

I understand that your supps have not come in yet but never EVER, EVER include milk in your diet. Man I'm pissed off now. Instead get some eggs, cold meat or something but NOT MILK. F**K.
A lot of people are content to do things 90%... I AM NOT! I always strive for perfection and I ask that my clients do too.
